These delicious treats are a hit at any party for any occasion. As is my goal, I will try to make each and every recipe. The key when making these is being careful with how much cupcake mix you put in the bottom of the cone. It will rise a lot more then you think. I suggest backing a few at various levels to determine how much you want the batter to rise. Then make the remaining cones to that height. If they don’t rise high enough then you won’t get the ice cream look. If it over rises it will spill over and split apart.
Experiment with different toppings. These are so much fun.
