Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cupcakes [Recipe]

With all my recipe searches, it all starts with a craving, and mine was for sugar and cinnamon. I came across this recipe and it combined the two ingredients exquisitely while reigniting my love for an old time favorite, Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

You will actually have to go and buy the cereal itself because the recipe will involve, Cinnamon crunch powder which is created by putting the cereal in a baggie and hitting it with a meat tenderizer. Before you beat the pieces into powder you have a delightful granola looking snack that you will find a lot more uses for – cake toppings, ice cream toppings, cereal toppings….I have literally been putting this on everything.
