Have you ever had a Boston Crème donut from Dunkin Donuts? Now imagine it warmer, and messier. This is a DNT – a Double Napkin Treat. This recipe has a great tutorial on stuffing cupcakes with center fillings. One method is before making the other is post baking. I prefer the post baking method. It provides you much more control of the desert, and I’m a control freak! Either way don’t worry, with Boston crème even if you are wrong it tastes right. Click the Recipe Button and BAKE!

It happens every time. I’m looking for a recipe for one thing and stumble on to a gem!
Who would have thought to combine Smore’s with cheesecake! Genius. Here is the little tip that I learned from this recipe- I will also post this on the fan page. If you can’t get the little suckers out of the pan in one piece, freeze the muffin pan for 15 minutes. Then take a butter knife and hold it under warm water and then run it around the pan. It works like a charm. They all come out perfect without crumbling. However the two that I struggled with that broke apart taste so good warm right out of the oven.
I skipped the Flambé option. Our smoke detector already went off this morning when I was cooking breakfast. No need to hear the hubby yelling twice. Click the Recipe Button and BAKE!

Believe it or not, this is a Thanksgiving recipe, or should I say Post Halloween. What are you to do with all the candy that you have left over? Bake!
Just like the recipe states, these chocolate cupcakes have half a Snickers bar in the middle and one planted on top. The recipe is challenging but you can see the pay off is delicious. If you find the cocoa and coffee mix too challenging, wave the white flag and get a box of cake mix. If you are used to making cupcakes from scratch, this should be a breeze.
With half a mini Snickers on top stuck in the frosting and a sprinkling of peanuts, decorating these are literally a piece of cake. Hit the Recipe button

I stumbled onto this recipe while I was looking for cupcakes made specifically with Oreo’s. It doesn’t get any better than this. The best part isn’t the recipe but the website that I found the recipe on. It’s brilliant. All of the photos are huge, colorful and clear. The instructions are super easy to follow, and they even teach you how to make a homemade hot fudge and a homemade fudge dripper out of a plastic bag. This recipe was an adventure. My cupcakes didn’t come out for me like the picture, but it tasted how I imagine the picture would taste and in the world of cupcakes, taste is first, appearance is 2nd. More Halloween cupcakes! This will probably be the first of 3 spider recipes. With all the gorgeous cupcake pictures on the internet and in blogs I grab only the ones with detailed, easy to make recipes. For spiders I have found about 6 or 7 that look great and are easy to execute. My only recommendation with these are for the spider eyes. Kids like buggier eyes, so you can buy some candy eyes instead of the silver dragees as the recipe suggests! Other than that, these devils food creations are delightful. Hit the Recipe button, follow the link and Enjoy!
