Boston Creme Filled Cupcakes [Recipe]

Have you ever had a Boston Crème donut from Dunkin Donuts?  Now imagine it warmer, and messier.  This is a DNT – a Double Napkin Treat.  This recipe has a great tutorial on stuffing cupcakes with center fillings.  One method is before making the other is post baking.  I prefer the post baking method.  It provides you much more control of the desert, and I’m a control freak!  Either way don’t worry, with Boston crème even if you are wrong it tastes right.  Click the Recipe Button and BAKE!
