These kit kat cupcakes are actually made with Quadratini wafer cookies. After you see them you will know why. They are vanilla sugar wafers made in little squares that fit perfectly inside a cup cake. The chocolate cake over the vanilla sugar wafer gives the entire cupcake a kit kat effect.
